Refunds, terms and privacy
Refunds
We aren't taking paid orders yet. When we do, this is the policy. $149 is a flat price for each listing. Tell us within 7 days if an image isn't right, and we'll redo it once at no charge. If we can't deliver a room that passes, we leave it out and refund $25 for that room within 5 business days. If nothing passes, we refund the listing in full. If you or the photographer decline the Higgsfield step before upload, we refund the listing in full.
Terms in short
You confirm you have the right to have each photo edited, and you agree to the Higgsfield upload described below. You approve every image, and you handle MLS disclosure. We promise no faster sale, higher price, more showings or MLS acceptance. You'll get the full terms before you order.
Privacy
We collect your name, business, email, MLS, how you found us and the photos you send, and use them to do the work you asked for and follow up on it. We don't sell your details.
- Higgsfield makes the images. Its terms let it use uploaded images and results to train its AI models, and it may share them with third-party AI model and compute providers. We delete each job once the image is saved. Its API docs say uploads clear within 7 days, but its privacy policy allows 30 days and backups. None of that can undo training already done.
- Two email lists, both opt-in. If you say yes in your free room request, we may email you about staging. If you ask to stay posted, we email you about local MLS photo rule changes. Each is up to once a month, stored in a Google Sheet we control. To stop, reply or email stop to hello@seventhheavenstrategy.com.
- Requests come by email, and your message and photo reach us through Namecheap email forwarding and Gmail. Stripe will take payments once orders open. Vercel hosts this site, and may log visits to keep it running. If we ever switch image services, the backup is Google's paid AI image service, and we'd update this page first.
- How long we keep things: paid-order files for 12 months as a record, then we delete them. Free rooms for 60 days.
- Tracking: this site has no tracking code, so we don't act on browser Do Not Track signals.
To see or remove your details, email hello@seventhheavenstrategy.com. Effective November 2, 2026. We'll post any changes here.
