You shoot listings
An agent wants staging, and you don't want to run another tool or catch its mistakes.
You list homes
You've got an empty listing, and you'd like to see a room staged before you pay for anything.
You may not need us
If you already use a staging tool, or your photographer offers staging, you may have this covered. Self-serve tools charge from about $0.50 to $2.70 a photo, as of November 2026. If you have the time to run one and check the results yourself, that's the cheaper choice. We can't promise a faster sale, a higher price or more showings.
See it on your own room
We're new, and we're still making our first samples. The best sample is your own room, so send one photo and judge the result for yourself. Every free room comes labeled, with your original beside it.
What the check looks for
AI tools sometimes change things they shouldn't, like adding trees outside a window. So a person goes through each image before it reaches you, and any image that fails gets redone or left out.
- The same room. Same walls, floors, ceiling, doors and windows.
- The same view. Nothing added or removed outside the window.
- The same fixtures. No new lights, fireplaces or built-ins.
- Furniture that fits, with room to walk and doors that open.
- Nothing hidden. No rug or painting placed over a flaw.
- No people, text or logos.
Our check doesn't replace yours. You know the home, so you approve every image before you use it.
Questions
Is this AI?
Yes. AI adds the furniture, and a person checks the result. No one draws it by hand.
Why would a listing cost $149 when tools cost less?
You may not need to. The $149 pays for someone doing it for you, checking every image against the original, and giving you the copies your MLS needs.
Will it help the home sell?
We can't promise that. It shows how an empty room could look, and that's all.
Is it allowed on the MLS?
Most local MLS rules allow virtual staging with disclosure, but they differ, and some conflict. Each one is the listing agent's call, and we can't promise any MLS will accept an image. See the local rules in plain words.
Whose photo can I send?
Your own, or one you have permission to have edited. If a photographer took it, we need their own written yes before it goes in. For a current listing, you also need the listing agent's OK. Don't send a photo copied from an MLS, Zillow or another agent's listing.
What happens to my photos?
We make images with Higgsfield, an AI service. Its terms let it use uploaded images and results to train its AI models, and it may share them with third-party AI model and compute providers. We delete each job from Higgsfield once the image is saved. Its API docs say uploads clear within 7 days, but its privacy policy allows 30 days and backups. None of that can undo training already done. If you're not comfortable with that, please don't send the photo. Full privacy details.
