What stays yours
You know the home, so you approve every image. Your MLS decides what's allowed, and handling disclosure is your job. We give you what you need to do it: a clean copy, a labeled copy, the original and a remarks line. Rules differ by MLS, so here they are in plain words.

- You get it back labeled, with your original beside it, to judge for yourself.
About the photo: if a photographer took it, the rights are usually theirs, so check with them first. Don't send a photo copied from an MLS, Zillow or another agent's listing.
Before you send it: we make images with Higgsfield, an AI service. Its terms let it use uploaded images and results to train its AI models, and it may share them with third-party AI model and compute providers. We delete each job once the image is saved. Its API docs say uploads clear within 7 days, but its privacy policy allows 30 days and backups. None of that can undo training already done. The email asks for your OK. If a photographer took the photo, we also need their own written yes, and we hold it until we have that. If you'd rather not, please don't send the photo.
