What it will include

What ordering will involve
- You have the rights. You took the photos, or have written permission from whoever did. For a current listing, you also need the listing agent's OK.
- You're OK with Higgsfield. We make images with this AI service. Its terms let it use uploaded images and results to train its AI models, and it may share them with third-party AI model and compute providers. We delete each job once the image is saved. Its API docs say uploads clear within 7 days, but its privacy policy allows 30 days and backups. None of that can undo training already done.
- Right after payment, we'll ask who took each photo and for a yes on each one. If someone else took it, we need their own written yes. If you or the photographer decline before upload, we refund you in full.
- You approve every image and handle MLS disclosure.
- No promised results. We can't promise a faster sale, a higher price or that any MLS will accept an image.
