AI tools are cheap, but someone still has to catch what they change. A window view that isn't there. A light fixture that moved. A wall that shifted. We check each image against your original, and redo or leave out any that fail.

- You get it back labeled, with your original beside it, to judge for yourself.
Before you send it: we make images with Higgsfield, an AI service. Its terms let it use uploaded images and results to train its AI models, and it may share them with third-party AI model and compute providers. We delete each job once the image is saved. Its API docs say uploads clear within 7 days, but its privacy policy allows 30 days and backups. None of that can undo training already done. The email asks for your OK. If someone else took the photo, we need their own written yes too. If you'd rather not, please don't send the photo.

If you want a whole listing
Whole listings will be $149 for up to 6 photos once orders open, and you'll get a clean copy, a labeled copy, your original and a remarks line, so your agent can follow whichever MLS the listing is in. If you pass images to an agent, give them the remarks line too. We don't have a wholesale price during this test.
